She holds advanced degrees in leadership, education, and business, providing a strong foundation for managing a professional and compassionate home care organization. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping others, leading teams, solving problems, and creating programs that improve the lives of those she serves.

Dr. Johnson has extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities, working closely with families, and ensuring people receive the resources and assistance they need to succeed. Her career has centered around advocating for vulnerable populations, building relationships within the community, coordinating support services, and responding to individual needs with compassion and respect.

Anderson Johnson, Jr. serves as the Director of Operations for Prestige Healthcare Services, Inc., where he oversees the agency's daily operations and supports the delivery of exceptional care to every client.

He is committed to ensuring that caregivers have the resources, guidance, and support needed to provide dependable, compassionate, and high-quality services.
