1. About Our Agency and Services

Prestige Healthcare Services, Inc. is licensed by the State of Tennessee and provides non-medical personal support services — including personal care, companion services, and homemaker services — to families throughout Shelby County, Tennessee.

We are currently completing TennCare CHOICES provider enrollment and credentialing. We look forward to serving eligible members upon completion of the required enrollment and contracting processes.

2. This Website Is Not for Emergencies

Do not use this website, the consultation form, or email to report an urgent or emergency situation. Messages sent through this website are not monitored continuously and may not receive an immediate response. Our office keeps limited hours — please see our Office Hours page. Current clients should follow the specific care instructions provided to them for urgent questions or concerns.

3. Consultation Requests

Submitting the Free Care Consultation form is a request for information and an initial conversation. It does not create a care relationship, does not guarantee that services will be provided, and is not a confirmation of coverage or eligibility. Services begin only after eligibility and coverage are verified, an assessment is completed, and a written service agreement is in place.

The information you submit must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you are that person’s family member, guardian, or authorized representative, or that you are otherwise permitted to share their information with us.

4. Payment and Coverage

Prestige Healthcare Services, Inc. accepts TennCare CHOICES programs and authorized managed care plans for eligible clients. We do not accept private pay, credit cards, or commercial insurance at this time. Additional payment options may be added in the future.

Coverage decisions, benefit levels, and eligibility determinations are made by the applicable program or payer, not by our agency. Please contact our office to verify eligibility and coverage before services begin.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:
